As a very nervous customer, I was put at ease very quickly. Not knowing what hair cut would suit me I went in intending to have a shoulder length bob. Due to a previous short hair cut, I was advised to have a short bob and to train it into a shoulder bob. It was clearly explained to me why this would be the better option and the end result I found very flattering. The technician that did my cut was Lois, she was very friendly and I believe she would have not done the cut if she thought I was making a mistake. She very gently steered me in the right direction and made the experience very much easier to handle. I would recommend people who are nervous of having their hair done to make an appointment with this company.
