I booked an early morning appointment hoping it wouldn't be busy. The whole experience was so very disappointing. The gentleman was on his own and my appointment was constantly interrupted at least 4 times. This made my appointment rushed and took approx 20 minutes to complete a long restyle with a blowdry. My hair was barely washed and today my hair looks greasy and oily, the cut isn't that great either. I was charged £52.50 for this privilege an appointment which is advertised as being an hour and 10 minutes long. I usually enjoy my time being pampered. I was far too embarrassed to say anything as not a confrontational person so I paid and left. Never have I had such a unprofessional haircut in 35+ years. I would not recommend or visit again.
