The person that washed my hair was very unprofessional. I have problems with my ears and she kept getting water in them, once I asked her to stop she apologised but carried on doing so. I then later heard her laughing about it with her colleague. My haircut itself was okay, it felt rushed and I wasn't really asked much about what I wanted, but the manager himself seemed nice and friendly.

would not go back to this salon spent alot of money here to get the results i did not want unproffessional. Which i dont why as ive always had bleach in my hair and has always came out white blonde they bleached it and came out orange wasnt left on for long enough

Right off the bat the salon COVID guidelines on their board weren’t followed (no temp taken on entry - not sure if they’re still doing this) but other guidelines were followed well; masks etc Salon was dirty and not kept tidy in between clients, blow dryers were grubby, didn’t feel like stylists had their own equipment. The cut itself; I didn’t feel like any care was put into making sure the cut was even at all. When I got home (although I was initially happy at the salon) I was shocked to find that the under layers of my hair were so uneven I had to trim them myself so it didn’t look so bad! Won’t be going back any time soon which is a shame as the salon was recommended to me.

I came in with blonde hair in a creamy blonde shade with light gold highlights and asked for it to be kept the same colour and to freshen up the roots. The lady that did my highlights didn't check any colours against my hair to get a good match and I've ended up with a very bland dark blonde colour, with yellow stripey tints, that doesn't make me feel or look very good at all. Another point I wasn't happy with was being asked if the colour was ok when I had damp hair, I only booked in for highlights but fully expected to leave with dry hair. I don't think you can get a good idea of the colour if your hair is still damp. Also I was left by my hairdresser as her shift finished. I would hope that the person that started the colour would be there to finish it to get the right results and not book a slot with someone when their shift finishes half way through an appointment. She was a lovely lady and very attentive offering tea and chatting away, but I don't feel she listened to my request regarding my hair colour. I've been left feeling dowdy and dull on the lead up to my 40th birthday this Sunday with no time to rectify it. I'm absolutely gutted and probably won't return, it's a real shame as it's such a nice salon with lovely people.

I left the salon feeling like I’d been made to look and feel silly for wanting to use vouchers that were sent to me but wouldn’t scan. The voucher wouldn’t scan and there was nothing they could do because a 3rd party sends the vouchers. Why pay a company to track your customers and issue vouchers that can’t be accepted at the till?
