Excellent A* service as always. I always look forward to my visits to Classique, the staff are warm, welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are friendly and highly skilled professionals, and I always leave feeling extremely happy with my hair cut and highlights and very relaxed! Classique offers a really stylish, well equipped and very clean environment which has designated areas for Beauty treatments, hair salon and barbours. I would highly recommend Classique, I have been a customer for many years, and I guarantee this salon will exceed expectations.

I came in with blonde hair in a creamy blonde shade with light gold highlights and asked for it to be kept the same colour and to freshen up the roots. The lady that did my highlights didn't check any colours against my hair to get a good match and I've ended up with a very bland dark blonde colour, with yellow stripey tints, that doesn't make me feel or look very good at all. Another point I wasn't happy with was being asked if the colour was ok when I had damp hair, I only booked in for highlights but fully expected to leave with dry hair. I don't think you can get a good idea of the colour if your hair is still damp. Also I was left by my hairdresser as her shift finished. I would hope that the person that started the colour would be there to finish it to get the right results and not book a slot with someone when their shift finishes half way through an appointment. She was a lovely lady and very attentive offering tea and chatting away, but I don't feel she listened to my request regarding my hair colour. I've been left feeling dowdy and dull on the lead up to my 40th birthday this Sunday with no time to rectify it. I'm absolutely gutted and probably won't return, it's a real shame as it's such a nice salon with lovely people.
