Love this salon All the staff are so welcoming and friendly My go to for aesthetics and hair My partner also uses the salon as they have a mens department he has haircut and shave while I'm in with the girls Can't reccomend this place enough You must go see the funky decor in this place

Credit where it’s due, one of the best cuts I’ve had in years today. Can’t tell you how pleased I am with it. Summer has done a fantastic job.

I always enjoy going to this little oasis of calm & beauty. The staff are are lovely and Charlee is amazing. The products are wonderful and I always have a hot stone massage as well as a facial which makes me Feel so good after a working week. The treatment rooms are so comforting. There are no negative points about the Salon at all. Highly recommend

I have my ears waxed and upon leaving my ears felt funny. Upon checking there was still a fair chunk of wax left in both ears. I also had a haircut that is not done to a very professional standard (fade lines showing instead of blended in). I had a beard shape up also and have been left red necked from the blade. I will also be needing to redo my hair and beard at a different establishment as I would rather not return to chaps again

I’d give so much more than 10/10 if the system allowed. Changing barbers is difficult but especially when you have a disability. It’s not something I’m ashamed of but it does induce anxiety. However, with chaps I didn’t need to worry. They were really responsive in messages and more than just accommodating. They made sure a ramp out ready for me to use, as soon as I was in they offered me a drink (which was something I’d never experienced before) and the moved things around so I can get in the chair easier. Andrea looked after me, I’m not the best when I comes to verbalising what I want but i showed her a picture, she was very receptive and helped me tailor what I wanted so it would suit me. All the staff are great people and really seem to enjoy their work which is nice to see. I can quite honestly say the beard sculpt especially is the best experience I’ve ever had in a barbers! I come out feeling like royalty and an amazing beard if I do say so myself. Cannot recommend Andrea enough, accommodating, chatty and professional. If you’re anything like me, the price is a big factor in determining where to go but trust me the quality of work, the environment and the general experience is well worth the price. Thanks Andrea and team for making me feel so welcomed!
