We now have a female hair and beauty salon called Chapettes; all the same charisma as Chaps but catering for the ladies.

Absolutely blown away by the approach from your team, I had a little boy who was extremely nervous about having a haircut walk in with me and when we left he'd already asked when we were coming back. You have a customer for life now, thank you very much for getting the customer service so very right.

I am 8 and I hadn't been to get my hair cut for a long time. I liked the music and the way the man cutting my hair was kind to me and my Dad liked the coffee. I'm looking forward to coming back next time I need a haircut.
