We now have a female hair and beauty salon called Chapettes; all the same charisma as Chaps but catering for the ladies.

Tom did my son's hair which had grown quite incredibly lengthy...although he is a Spurs fan he was fantastic with my 9 Yr old lad, very gentle: 'He transformed my hair'

Jack is neuro divergent and has been going to chaos for the last 4 years, mostly to martyn who knows that jacks not the most chatty but handles him well and does exactly what he wants each time. My husband has recently been having beard trims from martyn also and feels that he takes the time and gives a great service unlike some others he’s been to previously. All the staff in there are always friendly and they always offer a drink etc. we would recommend to anyone.

I had skin boosters today with Charlee who is fantastic. She is very professional and caring but above all she has integrity ie if she doesn’t think a treatment will benefit you or won’t be good for you she will tell you. Whether I’m having a facial or aesthetics she is always supportive and the products she uses are wonderful on my skin I highly recommend her.
