Booked a last min appointment with Chappetts for my upcoming holiday and they were so kind to book me in with a lovely gal called Charlie. She was absolutely amazing and so gentle. She talked me through all the steps and the products she was using. It was my first time doing a wax treatment in an actual salon and she made the experience so calming and catered to my needs. The whole salon itself was amazing and all the staff in general are wonderful! I got offered a drink upon arrival which made the experience 1000000% more better than it already was hehe! Thank you all for everything and I will be coming back again deffo❤️❤️❤️
