My first time at the salon as my previous one is not reopening because of the pandemic, My sister and niece use this salon so they recommended I try it. The decor is stunning and with the high ceilings and doors open I felt safe! I took a bottle of water and a book as I was having a colour put on I knew I would be there a while . Also clients had to wear a mask and the staff had visors on. I was put totally at ease by Emily a lovely girl ! My nerves soon disappeared! We had a good chat before she started and I showed her some photos of what my hair was like 24 weeks ago before lockdown! Overall I had a pleasant experience, I must admit to being a bit nervous trying a new salon but all the staff were very friendly,I have made another appointment and I’ve very pleased with my new hair style Thankyou Emily !!!!!!!

My review is based on my first visit. Very good professional advice. The stylist told me what she was going to do before she did it which gave me confidence in knowing what her plan was. I felt this is important especially on your first visit. Lovely atmosphere in the salon. Will be returning.

The beautician wasn’t happy about the gloopy nature of the nail polish and suggested I change the colour so the finish would not chip . She was very apologetic . I took her advice and went onto use a different colour .
