I'm always looked after very well and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The car park is a big bonus. The only thing I'm not too keen on are ALL the mirrors, but it's not a serious complaint and I've got used to them.

I have been having my hair cut at Capellie for 9 years now and would not go anywhere else. The salon always has a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The staff are courteous and helpful and I always feel that my views are taken into consideration. I always book appointments in advance and have never been let down. The staff's time keeping of appointments is good and customers are not kept waiting. I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family with no hesitation.

I have been a visiting Capelli for a long time and am always met with a warm welcome. Lucy does my hair just how I like it - she knows exactly what to do when I say 'I just want the usual', which is great. Having Alfie trotting about is always a treat too!
