As always I was made to feel very welcome by Nicki who kindly arranged for me to redeem my birthday voucher, an Indian head massage and conditioning treatment, which was excellently completed by Cassie. Needless to say, Helen cut and styled my hair superbly as usual. Another very enjoyable experience at Capelli.

I have Always been very pleased with the service from the receptionists to the stylists. Everyone has been friendly, informative and obliging. I enjoy coming for an appointment, it's a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. The staff seem to get on well together and I have always been offered drinks and magazines when I come. I love the head massage after washing, my only complaint is, longer massage please, it's wonderful. I have previously been to someone's house for my hair doing so it's nice to see hoe different stylists do things and see different hair styles being created and how different age groups have different ideas. Carry on doing what you do!

Fantastic staff. All very attentive. All very professional. I drive a 90 min round trip to come here and despite the inconvenience i would not go anywhere else. They have hugely improved the condition of my hair and got a great shade of ash blonde for me.
