Whilst at this lovely happy salon yesterday I noticed one of the hairdressing staff go to pick up an elderly client. On her return it was obvious that this lady was partially deaf and blind & couldn’t walk unaided. What a responsibility! On entering the salon all the staff fussed and made her welcome. The pure joy shining out of this elderly clients face was so moving. I cannot express enough what a wonderful welcoming atmosphere there is at Capellis. They are all extremely talented, but their kindness and compassion is first class. Yesterday I might have left the salon with my hair looking gorgeous but I also left with both my heart and soul enriched. In a world were younger people live such a fast paced life, it was simply wonderful to see so much kindness openly shared. This is definitely my ‘Forever Salon’. It cannot be beaten for talent or service. It also feels like my second family. I am so grateful to be a regular client here. Simon, the owner, has done such a marvellous job bringing this group of amazing staff together that mirror his own kind heart and empathy for his fellow man. Thank you Capelli. You all deserve an award. 🥰

My experience at Capelli is always wonderful. All the staff are fantastic and make you feel so welcome. Laura is my go to hairdresser and she always does an amazing job. Thanks guys

This salon really is Wetherby’s best kept secret. There is a genuine warm welcome from the moment you arrive. Simon, the owner, has chosen his staff extremely well. Not only are they all very talented and highly skilled. They are simply the most caring, friendly, wonderful people. I normally see Becky but I am happy to see any of the other hairdressers as it’s a pleasure to be so well looked after and cared for. My hair has never looked as good, as the products are first class., and I keep it maintained with having a regular trim. My hair colour has never look so genuine and gorgeous. If only Capelli did facelifts! It would be a dream salon. Seriously, it is already is a dream salon staffed with truly genuine lovely people. Thank you once again to Becky and the whole team for making an old trout like me look my best and feel cared for. Thank you.
