We moved to Wetherby last year during lockdown and like everyone I couldn’t wait for hairdressers to re open. Having visited my previous salon for 10 years plus it was not going to be easy finding a replacement. I am a firm believer that first impressions count. I apprehensively walked through the door and was given such a warm welcome by Nikki that I knew everything was going to be alright. I expected to be told everyone was fully booked for the next few months but no they’d had a cancellation and could I come back that afternoon. Becky looked after me and was chatty and friendly as if she had known me for years. My sometimes difficult wavy hair was brought back to life again. It now looks like I have found my hairdressers for the next 10 plus years.
