Hair wash disappointing, not vigorous or thorough enough and parts of the head missed. Did improve when mentioned but head massage pretty much non existent when conditioner applied so disappointing. Everything else good.

Always a great experience. Very helpful staff, brilliant stylists and there's always a fun and friendly atmosphere. The most popular member of staff, in m eyes, is their little dog that's often present.

Thank you to all the Capelli team - I always get well looked after! I'm very pleased with my hair and it is also nice to have other treatments that slot in to the time when my colour/highlights are developing.

Sometimes I feel that some of the staff can be distracted by what is going on in the salon and therefore give the impression of not giving the client their undivided attention. The stylists who have treated me are highly skilled and I am impressed with the way in which they always ask if I have been happy. I have had mixed experiences with the junior "hair washers" - sometimes excellent and sometimes sloppy and uncomfortable. This is not a "cheap" salon and I am highly satisfied with the end product - my hair - but finer details of the salon experience could do with some improvement. Thank you
