I have Always been very pleased with the service from the receptionists to the stylists. Everyone has been friendly, informative and obliging. I enjoy coming for an appointment, it's a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. The staff seem to get on well together and I have always been offered drinks and magazines when I come. I love the head massage after washing, my only complaint is, longer massage please, it's wonderful. I have previously been to someone's house for my hair doing so it's nice to see hoe different stylists do things and see different hair styles being created and how different age groups have different ideas. Carry on doing what you do!

The team at Capelli perpetually create a friendly and inviting feel as soon as you open the door to the time you depart. They are a very skilled team and continually work together ensuring your experience in the salon is professional at all times. I would highly recommend Capelli to all age groups.

Lovely environment with every member of staff friendly and welcoming. I had an expectedly long appointment as having full head highlights on long hair and I was offered numerous refreshments throughout which was great. Plenty of magazines available to keep clients occupied. Saw other customers on tablets so guess Wi-Fi is available too which is a bonus. Have booked next appointments already as very pleased with the skill of my lovely stylist Laura.
