I was provided with information on a new service at the salon, of Ayurvedic massage. There was an appointment available. I chose a back massage. The treatment room was very pleasant: warm, relaxing with a calming atmosphere, helped by pleasant music and room scent. Manaj, the practitioner was excellent . She was informative and friendly . The massage took about an hour, after which my back felt much ‘looser’. She advised me to leave the oils on rather than wash them off. I noticed that I was very relaxed during the evening , despite some significant personal issues. I slept very well and better and for longer than I have recently . I will plan another massage fir before my next haircut .
