Everything excellent, especially friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Only things I'm not keen on are the all-round mirrors and the cloakroom could be improved (TINY point).

I have used Capelli for years now for my hair and over the last year have also used the beauty side of things. Always feel really welcome and all staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else as I always walk out of there 100% happy.

Sometimes I feel that some of the staff can be distracted by what is going on in the salon and therefore give the impression of not giving the client their undivided attention. The stylists who have treated me are highly skilled and I am impressed with the way in which they always ask if I have been happy. I have had mixed experiences with the junior "hair washers" - sometimes excellent and sometimes sloppy and uncomfortable. This is not a "cheap" salon and I am highly satisfied with the end product - my hair - but finer details of the salon experience could do with some improvement. Thank you

As a miserable old bag, I would like the music to be a little quieter!! but daresay the stylists need it to counter the effects of boring clients.........

I have been going to Simon at Capelli for more years than I care to remember! Simon seems to understand my hair and I am always delighted when I come out of the salon. The girls in Capelli are always very friendly, cheerful and make you feel welcome - what more could you want.
