Whilst at this lovely happy salon yesterday I noticed one of the hairdressing staff go to pick up an elderly client. On her return it was obvious that this lady was partially deaf and blind & couldn’t walk unaided. What a responsibility! On entering the salon all the staff fussed and made her welcome. The pure joy shining out of this elderly clients face was so moving. I cannot express enough what a wonderful welcoming atmosphere there is at Capellis. They are all extremely talented, but their kindness and compassion is first class. Yesterday I might have left the salon with my hair looking gorgeous but I also left with both my heart and soul enriched. In a world were younger people live such a fast paced life, it was simply wonderful to see so much kindness openly shared. This is definitely my ‘Forever Salon’. It cannot be beaten for talent or service. It also feels like my second family. I am so grateful to be a regular client here. Simon, the owner, has done such a marvellous job bringing this group of amazing staff together that mirror his own kind heart and empathy for his fellow man. Thank you Capelli. You all deserve an award. 🥰
