This was my first visit and it was really lovely. I had previously been a customer of Chapters for many years so knew Sharon :) The only little thing I could perhaps suggest as a minor criticism was not having an apprentice on hair washing. Having a head massage whilst having hair conditioned is always lovely but this was missing.
