This was my first visit and it was really lovely. I had previously been a customer of Chapters for many years so knew Sharon :) The only little thing I could perhaps suggest as a minor criticism was not having an apprentice on hair washing. Having a head massage whilst having hair conditioned is always lovely but this was missing.

I have been using this salon since it opened & even though I have moved out of the area still return monthly for colour & bi-monthly cut. My stylist is not only friendly & funny but I love the way she colours & cuts my hair. I always look forward to my trip to the salon.

Always a friendly & considerate welcome. A very personal service as everyoner goes out of their way to make you feel a valued customer and one of the family. Always a pleasure to come to Witney even though this is quite a long way from home.

Pleased as always. New hair style after weeks of lockdown. My requirements were well understood and executed. Will be returning again and would recommend to others.
