I had a really nice experience in the salon. I was immediately welcomed when I popped in to enquire as a new client. An appointment was accommodated immediately in just a few hours for a ladies cut. Everyone was smiley and positive, so this created a friendly and human environment. My stylist was able to answer all my questions and did exactly what I wanted, he seemed to be very knowledgable and made sure that I had a positive experience. The salon is very clean and spacious but the decoration makes it feel a bit cold. Otherwise I am really happy with the overall service and my hair looks and feels lovely. It's fantastic that they offer promotions and offers as well, both on products and services.

Really nice hair cut and professional advice given after I enquired about how to improve the condition of my hair. I had requested a drink, which didn't arrive, and I felt too awkward to enquire after! But nice environment, friendly staff, good cut.
