I am always happy with the service I get at HQ and Rob knows to introduce me to new things without changes I am not exception - trying a new colour highlight perhaps. They try to do the style I want and I am always happy with it as are others who compliment me on the colour. Thanks you

Just had my first visit with Kat and she was wonderful. Really knowledgeable about hair and hair growth and super friendly. She gave me lots of tips and advice and she showed a genuine interest in my hair. She did an amazing cut and I will definitely be revisiting.

Robert always welcomes me as a friend and overall I feel the salon really cares about its clients. Robert's skill in colour and cut shines through every time and, afterwards, friends compliment me on it and ask who does my hair. I am happy to recommend the salon. The head and neck and shoulder massages are expertly given by juniors - a welcome boost of relaxation. I leave the salon with a bouncing blow dry and a bounce in my step every time.

Dani has done an extraordinary job on my hair. Friends and family comment positively on the colour transition and cut. But strangers have stopped me at the station and on the street. Embarrassing but true. Thank you Dani I’ll try and find a better picture if needed.
