the team were clearly delighted to be back! its quite busy and a bit 'crowded' so i marked overall environment down as a result - but what did i expect on the first friday afternoon after restrictions were lifted! i am thrilled to have my 4 month overdue haircut - usually i go every 4 - 6 weeks.....

I have been a client at Headquarters for well over a decade and Victor's team always make me feel welcome and valued. My hairdresser is Robert and he always works his magic with colour, cut and blow dry. He is a real gem and I've enjoyed getting to know him and seeing his expertise recognised through promotion. Thanks too to other team members for the cups of coffee, scalp and neck and shoulder massages over the years!
