Everything, as usual, was a great experience at HeadQuarters today. From being greeted at reception with a smiley face and a friendly chat. My lovely stylist/colourist, Rachael, is very friendly and kind and a super hairdresser. We always discuss how the last cut and colour has been for me and she always comes up with great advice and solutions, if needed. The head massages are always something to look forward to when my hair is being shampooed. I have been going here for decades and, without exception, I have always had a brilliant experience.
