Headquarters is a fantastic salon. It’s very professional but also extremely friendly. As soon as you walk on you feel at ease. I always get offered a drink and told when my hairdresser will be with me. Every time I get my hair washed I get offered a scalp massage and followed by a lovely neck massage after the wash. I have never had a bad experience and only have good things to say about the lovely staff and of course my wonderful hairdresser Kat (and Patricyia). Thank you Headquarters!

I came to the salon after waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment at another hair salon. I didn’t think there would be anyone available but I was able to book and get Eloise immediately. This was amazing because I had to go to London afterwards for a meeting. Eloise was a delight. We had nice chats, she didn’t hurt me at all, she always made sure to get my approval before she did anything to my hair. The haircut and blow dry looks flawless. As I have middle eastern hair (thick, long, coarse) sometimes blow dry can become an issue but she worked it without issues. I will be coming back for her. Thanks for providing an excellent service to the Headquarters team.

This was my 3rd visit , I have always changed salons usually after one or 2 appointments . I have finally found THE ONE ! Eloise is the best ! :)
