Kat is great! She understands my hair and per personal style well and her colour and haircut suggestions have been on the mark! The salon environment is great too - such a positive vibe! Cara the receptionist is so pleasant and genuine always! I was nervous when I moved house to leave the salon and stylist I had for 10 years but so delighted I found HQ!

The staff were polite and helpful. There was a pleasant atmosphere in the salon. I enjoyed the little extras like the massage and refreshments. Leonora styled my hair with a touch of flair and I left the salon feeling happy!

Eloise was delightful and I feel bad I cannot remember the name of the other gal who was part of the team. It was one of the best experiences I have had at a hair salon!

When I book my appointment with HQ I know I will always be guaranteed a truly professional cut in such a friendly atmosphere, and today was no exception.
