I discovered this salon a year or two ago and so happy that I did. Rachael is amazing….pays attention to detail and is always happy to discuss any changes I am considering. I always leave the salon completely happy with my cut and blow dry. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to this salon and in particular, Rachael! Thank you HQ’s !

After just returning from my visit to HQ in Kingston today I can honestly say that I am yet again extremely happy with the reassuring consistency of the salon. I must also reserve special praise for my regular stylist Leonora, whom knows exactly how I wish my hair visit needs to go, with her valuable experience in cutting and additional advice. The salon always gives out a happy atmosphere, from the reception desk, to leaving.

Robert is amazing, best hairdresser I have ever had! I would also say, whoever trains the girls who wash hair, they do an incredible job, they give great customer service, checking that’s everything’s ok, with the best hair wash ever! All the girls are so lovely looking after you which is all part of a few quiet hours to myself. Please thank them all, plus whoever trains them, it really makes a massive difference on why I always come back, that and Robert of course!
