HQ is always a lively friendly place to spend a few hours or a little less time in, depending if I have colour or a cut! Robert is excellent and always does a beautiful job very efficiently. Always friendly and I have a good chat with him about many things - all important to come away feeling satisfied too! I usually get a different junior and I did not get your junior of the month this time but I have had her take out my colour and give a nice scalp massage too before. I am not sure of the name of the lovely girl I had this time but she was very thorough and I had a lovely scalp massage too! Perhaps the juniors could wear name badges or would that be too much! Thanks to all of you!

Always amazing experience in HQ Victor and the team do an awesome job and Kat in particular has a real eye for getting the colour just right every time
