the team were clearly delighted to be back! its quite busy and a bit 'crowded' so i marked overall environment down as a result - but what did i expect on the first friday afternoon after restrictions were lifted! i am thrilled to have my 4 month overdue haircut - usually i go every 4 - 6 weeks.....
