Always a really nice, luxe experience. Love the products they use, the neck/head massage is a lovely extra. I recently came back to the salon since the pandemic and got my hair cut and blow-dried by a really friendly, chatty lady called Patricia who completely understood what I was after and i'm super happy with my hair - would recommend.
