I dont think the juniors should be allowed false nails had quite an unpleasant hairwash/brush/massage as they were catching my hair and scrapping my head. Also a new girl on the seen for hair washing needs some tips because it was not a smooth setting very uncomfortable and unenjoyable maybe some tips from the other girls could help her.

I've been coming to Headquarters for a cut and colour for over 10 years and you always have such an amazing experience. Robert's colouring skills are exceptional and he has helped me to protect the condition of my hair in midlife. From the friendly welcome at Reception and a choice of complimentary drinks to the expert hair washing and neck and shoulder massage, nothing is a problem for Victor's wonderful team. I've already booked my appointments for spring and summer.

Always am well looked after, everyone is upbeat, the young girls who wash your hair are polite, well presented and very respectful. Kat who cuts my hair is the best, always make sure I’m happy with he finish and will take more thickness out if I ask, she looks after my scalp too which is a first in a hair salon for me. Lovely clean, bright salon.

My recent appointment with Robert was as I expected it to be: enjoyable, full of expert advice and leading to me walking out feeling amazing with my cut and colour. I had excellent head and should massages and really want to thank the young woman for her technique.
