Yet again I have just experienced another pleasurable visit to HQ in Kingston-upon-Thames. The service as always was faultless, from checking in, the shampooing, to the perfect cut & blow. The salon's prices may have risen, but I feel the overall professional service and consistency does justify any such increase in the cost to regular clients such as myself.
