I wasn't told last night when I chose to have the extra plump in the hydrafacial that I would have to pay &90 more I also do like to be told what's happening during a procedure On this occasion I kept apologising as I wanted to know what was happening and it seemed like the therapist found this slightly irritating

Usually my experience at the salon is v good, however my last treatment was not satisfactory although the staff member was v polite and friendly I did not feel that she was experienced enough in carrying out the treatment in question and therefore she was slow and I did not receive value for money

It wasn't relaxing, it was constant comings and goings. The young lady was ok, but generally I can't say I enjoyed it.
