I gave 'quality of professional advice' a 1 as I wasn't given any on this visit (and the system didn't let me leave it blank). I am unlikely to refer family and friends to you as I keep it a pretty dark secret that I go to any beauty salon! Compared to the place I used to go to (also in St. Albans, where the hygiene was very low, and the appointments were sometimes broken because the staff member didn't turn up!) you are abs. fabulous... and I think would compare very well with beauty salons I have been to in Edinburgh, Cardiff, etc.
