I appreciate that I arrived late due to an error in my diary (leaving 45 minutes for a full pedicure), but my feet have some significant rough spots left on them. I did not have my toenails polished due to the limited time and could not have a lip and chin wax. So I did expect to have a better basic job done on my feet. I struggled without success to get any appointment in August and September, so the fact that the quality of the work done was not good is especially disappointing.
