Alison was skilled and professional but also gentle and kind at a time I was feeling a bit vulnerable. I really appreciated it, thank you. The salon atmosphere is welcoming but unobtrusive, perfect. There is also a good sense of teamwork in my experience and the staff seem to enjoy working at Skin and Tonic which comes across in their attitude to clients. Laura's influence is evident even though she rarely does treatments nowadays.
