Founded in 2006, we are associated with quality and professionalism. Chic is proud to say we have an overwhelming amount of loyal clients who have been with us since the day we first opened.
At Chic we feel it is important to get the consultation 'right' it is very easy to, miss read what the client really means, thats why we offer FREE consultations, to give you a taster of what we really have to offer, and give you the confidence that we truly understand you and your hair needs.
Chic believes that communication is the key, making you feel relaxed to talk about what you want from your style, which can help us transform you, making you feel more confident and beautiful.
We advise you on after care, reguarding shampoos, conditioners and styling products, we will show you how to apply them and how best to style your hair, so you can recreate your look at home.
Since opening Chic we have won best salon award in Skipton through the Craven Herald. Our salon consists of our Founder/Owner Claire Marsden-Dyson, salon director's Gemma Spencer, Kate Spence and Lauren Kirby and our level 3 student Ana Maudsley.

Welcoming, friendly and chatty staff. Very pleasant atmosphere. A cup of tea or coffee always offered. Staff take an interest in their clients and do remember to enquire about family members and outings clients have been on. How they remember items relating to each and every client is their secret
