'The Quarters is a family salon at the heart of a commiunity'
Established in 1973, Our salon in East Horsley village has been around since 1973 when it was known as ‘Patricks Headquarters’. Over the years the salon name has changed from ‘Headquarters Hair Care’, to ‘Headquarters Hair’ and finally in 2024 becoming ‘The Quarters’. Whilst our image may have transformed the values of our salon have always stayed the same.
The current owner Marie took on the salon in 2016, age 23, along with her Mum, Karen. We're an ever-evolving salon and pride ourselves on welcoming all age groups. We've featured in numerous hair magazines and have even taken part in London Fashion week, We’re not just your average village salon!

This was my first introduction to the quarters and I must say I left feeling optimistic; there is a lovely calm atmosphere in the salon, the staff seem happy, Marie in particular put me at ease because I have rather neglected my hair and she suggested a great plan for future colour maintenance; please be aware they have a busy diary and get booked up so you may need to wait for an appointment suitable for you; there is a useful late opening on a Thursday; they use Wella professional products which I too believe are the best in the business
