Overall OK. However the hair wash was very quick (hardly 2 minutes!) and brusque, particularly the rinsing. My hair is thick and needs a bit more rinsing. It would have been nice to have had a bit more care and attention paid to it to make it more of a relaxing treat experience.

It is difficult to find a new hair dresser especially when you’ve had the same one for more than 10 years. I’ve recently moved to the area and was in search of hair salon that I would feel welcome I and appreciated in. I found that place today. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend others to give O&I a go.
