I have been going to this salon, since 2018 now and I have never had a bad experience. On arrival to the salon, your greeted in a a friendly manner. Your seen to straight away. The ladies in here are so welcoming and polite Customer service is spot on. Karen is amazing, she just makes you feel so comfortable and at ease the whole time. She understands what you want and cuts my hair beautifully. If you want a feel good factor and leave a salon with great cut, then this is the place to go. Totally would recommend x
