I left the salon in January during snow with my hair still soaking wet. It soaked through to my jumper. Not only this but my hair was left extremely frizzy- more so than usual. I was very happy with the cut and length but I felt rushed out of the salon with my hair no where near properly dried and no product to help control the unruly frizz. I’m not one to usually complain, and the service and workers were very lovely people. I was just quite upset that even as I was paying for my service, I could feel water running down my back from my soaking hair….
