The atmosphere in brothers is very nice and the team are friendly. I have come here many times, but I found the level of service this time of a lower quality. Everything was okay, and nothing in particular to complain about, but it was just a little sloppy. The promised head massage (usually very good) was a couple of half-hearted strokes. My stylist was friendly, but cut my hair quite a bit shorter than I had asked. It looks fine but I was a little disappointed with this experience, especially when it has been so good in the past!
