The head massage during hair washing is divine. I love the banter that flies around the salon, there seems to be a great working relationship between everyone. I am always pleased with my hair cut.

I have always loved coming to Billy Basin and even though getting your hair cut is a necessity I have always enjoyed the quality of service and the extra attention to detail, and didn't mind paying that little bit extra. Unfortunately due to the financial climate I have had to rethink my attitute towards spending extra for a bit more pampering.

Very friendly salon, there's always a buzz about the place. The salon uses Aveda products which are lovely, but there is no pressure to buy them. This salon was recommended to me & and I've always been happy with my hair. I also live a few miles away so it must be good!

Professional, experienced and friendly. Relaxing compared to most other hairdressers and nobody trying to sell you products that you don't want or need. Would highly recommend Luchi.
