I have been going to Billy Basin since they first opened (in fact to one of the owners when he worked elsewhere). I am always delighted with the whole experience, the lovely salon, friendly staff, great atmosphere and most importantly the fantastic hair cuts and treatments. I have recommended several people, who have all become regular customers, I think this speaks for itself.

I have always been very pleased with the service that I have received at this salon. As soon as you walk through the door you are met with a very friendly receptionist and the staff are all very attentive. There is always a lively fun atmosphere and a welcoming offer of tea and coffee. The standard of hairdressing is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend this salon.

I have been using Billy Basin for close to 20 years and always have a very enjoyable experience even if my ususal stylist is away. I always get complimentary comments on my hair after I have been even from complete strangers. Highly recommended!

The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and consult with you carefully to make sure that you will be happy with the service they offer you. I have great trust in my preferred stylist, but if he is ever busy, he will liaise with other staff members to make sure that the cut or style they provide is what I am expecting. The background music is not overpowering and so you don't feel as if you are in a club where they just happen to do you your hair as well. The reception staff look after you well and make you feel valued. I always leave feeling pampered.
