I have been going to Billy basin for many years and I have never had anything to complain about. Their customer service levels are brilliant. Everyone is really friendly especially Tracey! My whole family get their hair cut here! Could not recommend enough!

Love the service and the people at Billy Basin - always accomodating and there is nothing nicer than being offered a glass of wine whilst having your hair done in the evening :) Its my new hairdresser and would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience; I always leave the Salon feeling wonderful. I meet friends, family and sometimes strangers who compliment me on my hair cut and ask where I get it cut. Although I have moved 50 miles away I still return to Billy Basin for Hari to cut my hair. Have tried nearer Salons but I am always dissapointed. It is well worth a 100 mile round trip to look and feel great.

I have been following Hari for over 20 years. The staff at Billy Basin are friendly and helpful; there is a lovely atmosphere - relaxed but efficient. I recommend it to everyone. And the online booking service is great.

A salon where you can truly relax. The saff are well trained and experienced,reassuring and always go the extra mile. Hari the owner has a way with hair and a sense of what you want without too many questions or thinking he knows best!! If you can't get Hari booking in advance is advisable then other experience staff Luchi or Johanna are both marvellous colourists and stylists.This sophisticated atmosphere where the music is subtle rather than blaring is all superbly managed by Nick whose high expectations are reflected through every aspect of the salon. The added bonus is Tracy the unrepresable receptionist who is a ray of sunshine and will never forget your name or your favourite drink. A salon that has the creativity and expertise of the west end ,coupled with the smart relaxed atmosphere of your local salon. I just hope this doesn't make it any harded to get an appointment.
