Billy Basin is my favourite salon – it's like a visit to special friends who also pamper you in the process. And the quality of the cuts and colouring is second to none – I often receive compliments but always say that I can't take credit for it and that it's all down to the brilliance and skill of the wonderful Hari. But all the stylists are very talented and give you marvellous haircuts. And everyone takes good care of you, especially Nick and Tracey! Having your hair done there is always a great experience.

I've been a customer at Billy Basin for over eight years and I think that the fact that I flew over from Zurich (where I now live) for a haircut and colour says it all! Tracy is a real asset as front of house - her infectious laugh always cheers me up. And Lucchi is such a great stylist too..wish he'd move to Zurich :-)

Having my hair done at Billy Basin is an immensely pleasant experience: the staff are wonderful, the salon is lovely and I come away feeling totally pampered. I would - and do! - recommend everyone to go there.

I have been going to Billy basin for many years and I have never had anything to complain about. Their customer service levels are brilliant. Everyone is really friendly especially Tracey! My whole family get their hair cut here! Could not recommend enough!

Love the service and the people at Billy Basin - always accomodating and there is nothing nicer than being offered a glass of wine whilst having your hair done in the evening :) Its my new hairdresser and would definitely recommend!
