As always my visit to Billy Basin today was a most enjoyable experience, lovely atmosphere with excellent service. My hair alway looks amazing when I leave and I get many compliments. It's well worth the 80 mile round trip. Looking forward to many more visits.

I have been going to Billy Basin for years and years. I cannot think of a more relaxed, more friendly, more professional company. I am always greeted warmly by name from all the stylists and staff. It's like going to a friends house! They always go the extra mile to either fit you in, accommodate your needs if you are in a hurry, or need a consultation. Nothing is too much trouble and I always go out feeling that little bit younger (no grey) and caught up with friendly banter and the latest copy of "hello' magazine. But most of all I come out with the feeling that they really care about you, your look and your well being. Well done Billy Basin I for one will travel the world to use your stylists! warm regards Angie Busuttil

Johanna is my hairdresser and I trust her implicitly to get it right for me as she knows my hair and listens. I am a nervous client usually but not when she is cutting my hair. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had and I love the vibe at Billy Basin - and the coffee is always great too:)))

I have been going to Billy Basin for many years. During that time they have always shown great professionalism and would consider some of the staff as almost friends. Always a joy to have my hair cut. The beer and coffee is great.

Qt is brilliant - totally gets how my hair behaves and doesn't take shortcuts (despite it being a workout just to dry it).
