I am not a big fan of spending hours having my hair done but I love my trips to Billy Basin. The staff are, without exception, friendly and welcoming. The vibe of the salon is great and it is a fun place to spend an hour or two.

Very friendly salon, there's always a buzz about the place. The salon uses Aveda products which are lovely, but there is no pressure to buy them. This salon was recommended to me & and I've always been happy with my hair. I also live a few miles away so it must be good!

Always a warm welcome at Billy Basin, and Hari and the team can be relied on to give expert advice about style/colour/condition. Even when I have been forced to go to a salon in another part of the country, Hari has managed to return my hair to its usual style/colour without any difficulty.

A great salon experience, staf are extremley friendly and put you at ease. Keep your eye out for the dancing receptionist. She is a hoot.

Professionally run. Excellent service. Friendly staff. I get a really good cut and well-styled dry. No pressure to buy products. Very good value for money.

The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and consult with you carefully to make sure that you will be happy with the service they offer you. I have great trust in my preferred stylist, but if he is ever busy, he will liaise with other staff members to make sure that the cut or style they provide is what I am expecting. The background music is not overpowering and so you don't feel as if you are in a club where they just happen to do you your hair as well. The reception staff look after you well and make you feel valued. I always leave feeling pampered.
