Very professional and genuinely friendly salon, first class treatment making it a very enjoyable experience each visit. Would highly recommend Billy Basin, all staff make you feel extremely welcome, can't fault them at all! A big thank you to all at Billy Basin especially Johanna! Please don't ever leave!

Billy Basin has to be the best hair salon in the area.... without a doubt! I have been going there for 10 years or so and am never disappointed! Everything from the lovely welcome from Nick and Tracey, the fact that all the staff in the salon (whether they have cut my hair or not)seem to know me and always say hello; the uplifting, good feeling and general buzz make me feel pampered, relaxed and well looked after and apart from all of this, I leave with a fabulous haircut! I cannot recommend Billy Basin highly enough!
