I called to check the time of my appointment the day before and was told 11.30 - I got there at 11.25 and was told I was late - this did not make me feel very welcome when I had been looking forward to having my hair cut for a long time and it’s meant to be a treat .

My first haircut here was fine but as it was a new salon, very safe as I wanted to test the water (although inevitably was a bit underwhelmed with the look). I did return as QT had done what I'd asked. This time with a bit more trust and freedom to do what he does best QT has done a fab job. Much happier with the cut, it sits better and is definitely more flattering. Thanks.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating when it comes to making appointments and the quality of the hairdressing service is good. Only complaint is the head massage after shampooing – sometimes a bit too robust for me and not very relaxing! It would need to be a lot more gentle – but this could be just personal preference.
